I still like that house. Well, we all have different tastes. That's why I like Asheville too. I love those homes built in 1914 or the old barns that have been converted into houses. After living in FL and seeing all the CBS homes, Pergo and the cookie cutter houses, I am longing to smell real wood

On the other end of the house would be dedicated to just pure entertainment. 49 guitars, and a top of the line studio, with a bar and seating lounge within it. Plenty of guest rooms, and plenty of bathrooms...LOL It would definitely be located on Pacific Coast Highway on Malibu Beach! Highway 1. JustX, now, that's what I'm talking about! Great location, reasonably priced for a millionaire and if a hurricane destroys it, you just buy another one. That leaves you 39 mil to play with.

I can't imagine spending $40 million on any home. I'm not sure I'd stay in FL if I won a lot of money. Not that I can ever afford the bathroom, but I saw a gorgeous home on Johns Island in SC near Charleston that was the one I want when I hit the $19 million tonight. Less than $400K. 2 acres. Honestly, I'd never want more than a 2,000 sq ft house - just some land around it and a rocking chair porch!

Let's see..... I presume the percentage for agents these days are about 6% profit? If so, then I'm guessing the agent made about 2.4 million....not bad. Unless the broker gets his share...LOL Or if the broker sold it him or herself.

Oh, just after my last comment I got an idea. That $40 million home must have plenty of empty rooms. So since we're being so liberal with our immigration laws maybe we should ask people with mansions to take in these people. (BTW, I feel sorry for these people who are simply trying to get a better life.) How about a new law in Collier County - "Anyone with a home with more than 5,000 square feet must provide shelter for immigrants who arrive in the U.S., at a rate of one person per 500 sq ft. There's also a lady wha has a 60 million dollar home, which has a chapel built on top of it. Her cabinets alone are 3 million bucks. It must ne nice! Let me see...hmmmmm, I think it'll take me about 300 years and 50 million rides from bonita bay to the airport, to earn ebough to buy that home. You figure at 40 bucks a pop, and splitting it, meaning 20 bucks profit, the figures are about right...LOL Actually, if I had more rides to port royal (cab ride 70 bucks), it would happen sooner....
