What costs is he reducing? Not food, gas, utilities and a host of others. If he is reducing the deficit why did he just sign a $1.4 Trillion spending bill? All the health care reductions don't go into effect until 2025 so they're not much help for anyone now. Why the 2 year delay

Fun fact: To become Speaker of the House, the winner needs a majority of the votes casted. There are 435 House seats but not all of them vote like in 2021 when 427 voted and Pelosi won with 216 votes.
