I used to like Richard Dawson, but once he went too far and it turned my stomach. One of the contestants in a family was their 15 or 16 year old daughter who was very pretty. I can't remember if she was well developed, but I do remember how he kept flirting with her, and you could tell that her Dad was mighty uncomfortable. Dad tried to keep a plastic smile on his face, but for a second I thought he was going to punch Dawson in the face. I'm surprised they didn't edit that out of the show. However, he was very good as a host. I have no idea if he was drunk although most of the stories about him say he was sh**faced during every show. I liked Louis Anderson..funny guy.... [ More ]

Wow, he was really drunk. It was rumored that he would get drunk before the show -- I guess it was true.

'ol sugar lips.he used to kiss all the women back then.loved that show when he hosted.great memories.
