I like scratch off's and I could have bet my last dollar that I had won $50. When I took it to the store, I was told it was only $15. I know that everything is computerized but I was wondering if you have ever heard of anyone making a mistake on the computer or something close to this?. I accepted the $15 but I really do believe that it was $50.
