thanks everyone.emily how many do you take a day? i found out about it because my dad said they helped my grandfather add years to his life after he got real down in his health.the doctor couldn't figure it out so he asked my grandfather what in the world he was doing to keep going like he did.the doctor told my grandfather to keep on doing it even though he acted like he didn't like it because he didn't prescribe it.most doctors don't even know about this vitamin.

Hi Mike, I'm taking natural herbs myself but I'm not taking Coenzyme q10. U might want to consult with your doctor first because I was told that is a blood thinner, that's all I know about it. I'm sure u will get more comments from someone here who is taking it. Take Care. Debi

Yes it is essential for your cells. Find a good natural health food store they will have some info and the product for sale.
