Sprang my ankle some type of way yesterday, I could barely put any pressure on it.

It was brutal pain.

Ice cold packs, and strong pain pills has be back walking, but, not normal.

Not at 100%.

But, I will get there.

Health is wealth.

Health is everything.

I can not name any names, but, I know who I can depend on.
