Why should I have to pay a higher fee because you are poor or have lousy credit? If you don't like being be poor, change it. Get a better job, work more hours. Take responsibility for your own situation and work at improving it.

This is illegal, joepedo cannot force people to pay for someone else's mortgage. They want to punish the people who worked their whole lives and went without to save up. The reality is they know these people will never be able to maintain a home and will eventually lose it, and who gains, the Government that's who. This is basically section 8 housing on steroids.
