Some people say it means good luck is headed your way. Some say it's just the opposite and someone is thinking bad thoughts about you. On a more practical note, it's probably a muscular spasm caused by a nervous twitch either from using your computer too much or even clenching your teeth in your sleep. I get that once in a while, but it goes away. It's really bad when I'm trying to make an impression and I look as if I'm winking! Make sure you get some rest and eat well. Rub the left side of your face to see if any other muscles are tight like your masseter (face) and look in the mirror and see if your mouth is opening in a straight line. Sounds like stress.... Nerve damage from your computer monitor bothering your eyes. You need to update it to a digital one like the lcd screens. Your eyes will not get jumpy anymore.

from what i have heard the elders say, left eye jumping means you will become angry about something or someone will make you angry soon..
