Even if they did ban guns in the US, do you really think that would stop someone from getting them? Guns laws are supposed to prevent convicted felons from having guns, but they have no problems getting them. If they ban them they could just be smuggled across the border just like everything else. I despise everything to do with the Republican Party. Tax breaks for the rich,crooked politicians,NRA etc, We had a shooting this week in Farmington NM where a 18 year old kid killed three elderly women and wounded several others. He fired off 176 shots from a AR-15 rifle. He had other arms with him. The democratic reps in the legislature have tried for years to ban the AR-15 and raise the age limits to buy firearms.
