CD Yeah it is, BUT... He's (Menendez) gonna be the sacrificial lamb that the dems are using to try to make the public think that there is NO two tied justice system in the DOJ. They will all gang up on him and throw him under the bus to save face, force him to step down, aka resign, let him keep the $$$ and gold bars, maybe give him a fine, then set him up with a cushy gov't job somewhere after all the attention dies down.
