a) A MASSIVE decrease in revenue - unlikely as the average player is bad at math & is not going to boycott<br /><br />b) A MASSIVE increase in payouts due to SOMEone having a system that syncs well with their RNG - get coding Mikey

I hope they see a drastic decrease in sales and change their mind after a short time...but I don't really see it happening. I know Ky's lottery is going to increase in sales because of all the people who live on the border.
