			<description><![CDATA[<p>First thing is to come up with a naming convention for the csv column headers for the draw results and the one hot encoded features.<br /><br />Next is to update all of the draw files, adding the features (that will take a few hours)<br /><br />Then, constructing the code so that it is one atomic function that generates the week long pick list for each column of draw data.<br /><br />Then the hard part, graphing and statistics incorporation. Going to learn from this attempt, recording picks vs results.
