* I have yet to read of migrants from South of the border saying " We crossed into the US to get jobs in financial section" or trained to work in hospitals. They looking for ANY job to feed their families & have a roof over their heads. It's one of many reasons way thousands end up in the fields picking strawberries, oranges & the like: They no strangers to working long hours under the burning sun- they grew up doing that back in their home countries. In fact, the Republicans drew a bill recently to cut SS by 1.5 trillion, and tax cuts for the rich for 3.5 trillion. These people want to cut what they call "entitlement programs". How is it entitlement, when I've been paying into it my whole working life? SS and medicare are separate programs that DONT involve the budget, as Reagan once said.
