While driving 25 mph I watched a car ahead,on the left,leave a driveway traveling right in front of my car!

If I would have hit my brakes,he would have hit my car.I stepped on the gas pedal,and drove around the front of his car! I looked in my mirror,he was on his cell phone.He never hit his brakes! Almost an accident! I did notice an advertisement on the car.... NB?

I thought ... #1 A for Accident.But not quite..Then the letter N nb?.. #14

Later I bought 5 Lucky4Life tickets for $10 bucks,with the #14 as the Lucky Ball.
