I get it isn't Win 11, the garbage TPM requirement is bu11s**t to upgrade to Win11, they literally are trying to obsolete billions of computers. I have many computers more than enough power to run 11 but no TPM......Trusted Platform Module.

Hewlett Packard installed the HP System Event Utility and that is what caused the problem. From what I've learned the SEU is also on Windows 10 systems too. From the replies on the link above this happened out the blue to a lot of HP computers. If you have an HP computer with Windows 11 and you suddenly start getting a caps lock icon on your screen for no reason every time you press the Caps Lock key on your keyboard, and you can't get rid of it. Well, i t is not a Windows issue. It is an HP install. Here is how to get rid of it. In my case I clicked the start button, then settings, then apps, installed apps, scrolled down to HP System Event Utility, then uninstalled it. It was only installed today, so that was the cause.... [ More ]
