			<description><![CDATA[<p>R is an older programming language that has mathematics, and in particular Statistics as a first class feature (no need to import a ton of libraries like in Python).<br /><br />R Studio is a free IDE for R.<br /><br />Is it easy to learn? Not really, but anything worthwhile has a learning curve.<br /><br />My class in Data Mining and Machine Learning is done in R.<br /><br />If you are curious about statistics, I highly recommend this free tool.
