The solution to fix it is simple. 1) One day voting on election day only. 2) In person voting only. 3) Must show a valid ID. 4) Must be a U.S. citizen. 5) No mail in voting allowed with two exceptions. 1) You are active military stationed outside of the U.S. 2) You have a verifiable physical disability preventing you from travelling to a polling center to vote.
