In Canton, Ohio .

A police officer says he saw blood and fur on her lips. The good news is the alleged and obviously deranged woman is in custody and wasn't a Haitian immigrant.

The people 175 miles away in Springfield, Ohio can stop guarding their pets 24/7. However the Haitian community and anyone that looks like them are probably still on alert.
