I still do Candy Machine&#x27;s. I might be stopping at soon because what&#x27;s been talked about out there with digital stuff. My dad was type two. My mother is close to two and I advised my mom to try to cut down certain things and she&#x27;s very nosy about things..<br /><br />The Beginning of My Journey<br /><br />Describe your initial blood sugar levels and health concerns. Explain the moment you decided to change your diet and lifestyle. I switched doctors because the doctor I was going to. I didn&#x27;t like some things about it. He wasn&#x27;t that bad. He talked first but just too much drama and stuff.<br /><br />I found a woman doctor near me want to her very nice for a patient sense of humor and she&#x27;s like tell me to go to Website and look at their<br /><br />10 Years Without Sweets and Soda<br /><br />Discuss the challenges and benefits of cutting out sweets and soda. Share any tips or strategies that helped you stay committed. Philadelphia put in a soda Tax when the previous mirror was in office something else to think about I don&#x27;t think anything to do with that. Just cut down the soda<br /><br />7 Years Without Fried Food or Wings<br /><br />Talk about the decision to eliminate fried foods and wings from your diet. Highlight the positive changes you noticed in your health and energy levels. I cut out white bread. I actually have a whole wheat bread. I never thought that the number is gonna go down that fast in a couple months crazy if I could do it, anybody else can do it.<br /><br />and think about this think about what Coca-Cola if you pour it on a car battery think of what it does think of what it does if you pour it on the floor to clean something isn&#x27;t that crazy<br /><br />The Results: From 6.2 to 5.9<br /><br />Explain what these numbers mean in terms of blood sugar control.
