you are right justx most of us are in the red because we have spent more than we have won but he is lucky to be in the black twice on his lottery return twice

The news article (see news forum) says he spends $42 every week and has done that for over 30 years. So he spent about $65,000 if that's true. Not a bad ROI but still, if he didn't win it's a lot of money to spend on lottery tickets for many people. If I spent $100,000 and won millions I could justify it, but how do you ever know you'll get your money back when it's all based on luck?

Talking about luck...I still ask myself how can this cases happened....This just reminds me that i need to get me the movie "Lost in Space".....
