Now imagine if someone (or an illegal) breaks into your home and steals your stuff. Someone sees them, they get caught with your stuff and nothing whatsoever happens to the them. No arrest, no charges, no punishment. And you there is absolutely nothing you could legally do about it.<br />Now imagine they come back a month later and do it again and get caught again. And for a second time nothing happens to them. How do you feel about it
