Poured the masonary stucco mix on 11/20, Removed from form leaving plastic bag on the form on Friday. Leaving plastic on the form eliminated gouging and tearing of the leather when inserting in the new moccasisn

Soaked new leather moccasins in warm water for about 15 minutes letting water totally soak in. Inserted the shoe tree forms I made in each one which took a bit of doing, Let the moccasins dry until Sunday. Sunday I wetted the top of the heel part of the moccasins and pulled up the form to stretch the upper part as the form did not reach that high.

Just removed the stretching forms awhile ago. The moccasins match the old ones according to the shape of the old moccasins.

Put them on and they fit just right to the shape of my feet. No pinching felt.

That process saved a lot of foot dicomfort from breaking them in on my feet.

https://www.lotterypost.com/blogentry/187749... [ More ]
