I'm calling SC lottery out the system is rigged. ever since they paid out over $6.5 million on the quad 4 numbers they have been rigging the pick 3 and pick 4 numbers for the last month or two; it's strange for someone to keep missing a winning number by 1 every draw something is not right they place a banner at the bottom of the screen were you can't see the ball pop up and when they don't want a particular number to pop up 1 - 2 seconds before the number comes up I appreciate any comments.
