I have recently downloaded the Kentucky Lottery App, and I must say that I am already very angry. I got locked out of an unassuming number that ended up winning today. And, what really got me even more upset, is that the pick four drawing is no longer live, so who knows when they did that drawing. I also suspect that the App is off by one or more numbers. There were several times that the same numbers were drawn back to back, and statistically that is just a near impossibility. It happens quite often on the Kentucky App. Another issue with the pick four is the amount of winning tickets and paid out amounts seem contrived and not even possible considering how much one person can win on a ticket. For instance, supposedly 7046 had like 50 winners total and paid out 17000, and if one person hit that number straight, then it would have paid one person 5000 dollars. These numbers are not even possible.... [ More ]
