Another thing they do is they use a name and website that looks and sounds similar to a legitimate charity to fool or confuse people into thinking they are the real deal. In this case Childrens Wish Network seems similar to Make A Wish. Thanks CDanaT. I agree if proven 100% factual. I would imagine a similar trend is happening with all the government programs with 1-2% making it to the intended target for assistance. Has to be a better way.
