So if Biden signed everything from day one with the auto and they determine Biden stole the election does Trump get a do over? Because as the say, fraud vitiates everything.

There was no autopen when the constitution was written. Constitution says President must sign. <br />Even outside of government hard signatures are required in most cases for legal documents.<br />All those documents with a Presidents signature could become null & void. <br /><br />Does the Supreme Court allow autopen pen on legal documents? I doubt it.
