I agree with his Dad. Just a note...it's just a personal peculiarity of mine, because I do swear once in a while even use the "F" word and say "Sh**!" when I'm angry. But I've never used God's name in vain. Seeing this quote made me think of John Wayne and how he always called himself a devout Christian. I hear people using it all the time as an adjective, so it puzzles me when they say they're religious and then think saying a 4 letter word is vulgar.
