Thanks Maddog. President Trump did not have immunity, so Biden already set a precedent. Also to my knowledge an act of treason has no statute of limitations.

He may have Presidential immunity, but it doesn't pertain to Humiliation, Disrespect, and perception among the public. But a Military can take the place of his immunity!

Thanks JAP. Yes it will be. I'm curious whether a civil court would convict, or whether evidence is so overwhelming that it will be referred to a military court. My hope is military court because all evidence is presented, verdict immediate in some cases then sentencing absolute without appeal.
