I went to T-mobill to pay for my so called free cell phone.The fee to UNLOCK my phone was $171.00!

I paid $100 cash,and $71,debit card.

Had to call #611,to UNLOCK my cell phone.A person answered,asked me for my name,and then, Your phone is unlocked . No,my phone is showing me that my phone is Locked .For the next 45 minutes,my phone was still Locked,while still on the phone! Finally 46 minutes later my phone is FREE! UNLOCKED!!

Latter,I received a message from a friend,that they have given me PERMISSION to cash their SSI check for them. Ok,fine,I'll cash it tomorrow .
