Spy, the recall was nationwide including Kentucky. TN is where 8 people went to the hospital and 4 are reported to have kidney failure. They haven't determined the actual cause but they all seem to have eaten one of those pizzas and have been diagnosed with the bacteria.

i remember in '82 being in school and there being a razor blade found in tony's pizza.imagine if the person chewed into that.....whew
