he should of got a fine based on his yearly income 2/3 fine so lets say he had a income of 30000.00 fine would be 20,000.no jail time but if not payed in 3 goverment could put lean on his property plus all assets must remain in his name.......

The sad thing is, had this man punched his girlfriend in the face or threatened her with a knife, he probably would have gotten off with a fine and a restraining order.

A stiff fine of say $1,000.00 would have been the case here. Financial punishment places hardship on the person as well.<br

I personally would like to harm the man that threw the puppy off the balcony. I would enjoy that very much. Animals deserve the same rights as people to be treated with respect and care, and to not be abused in any way, but what this man did to the puppy is inexcusable.. The man needs more than prison time for what he did to the animal, he needs some other type of punishment for the crime he committed against the pup.
