			<description><![CDATA[<p>Only intended to replace water fill mechanism. Ended up replacing all the tank parts.<br /><br />All the seals had hardened up, mounting bolts corroded.<br /><br />It had not been used in about four months, water fill mechanism busted so I just turned off the water.<br /><br />Turned out to be more work than expected.<br /><br />Something I did not feel like doing but worked on it anyhow.<br /><br />Probably a $200.00 job if I called a plumbing outfit.<br /><br />All replacement parts cost about $50.00</p>]]></description>
