I went to Sam's club yesterday and there was a few people buying groceries. The samples were good ! Were supposed to get a few inches maybe.

I didn't do a walk-through of the store, just grabbed a few things, extra to have on hand. <br />Had some good luck, as I found a $20 bill in the parking lot.

Where I grew up we needed 2 feet of snow just to get a snow day at school. Anything less, class is in session. Nothing shut down. No 4x4 or FWD vehicles back then either. Just throw a pair of snow tires on the back of the family car in Nov, leave them on till March. My first winter in Md they were closing schools for 2 inches of snow and I was like AYFKM?? Two inches?? I couldn't believe it.

In this area, after what I've seen today, I am concerned if a real catastrophic event ever occurred. Seriously, WTF, who uses that much GD toilet paper in a week, or milk and eggs for that matter? Water are they going to cut off the water? F'ing insanity. Why do you need a full tank of gas, if you are "snowed in".....? A week of cold......end times baby.

If it came time for survival mode I could survive on one box of oatmeal and 7 cans of chili for a week.
