I done one area letting it soak about four hours and the surface just barely scraped off. I applied another coat of remover and  let soak overnight. after twelve hours of soaking it was still difficult. So I applied the mineral spirit and let soak. Then I was able to remove the adhesive with a small degree of difficulty.

Scraped off old vinyl adhesive in bedroom vanity area and one bath.

Needed to buy adhesive stripper and used mineral spirits I had on hand.

Vinyl adhesive is rock hard and stuck on concrete tighter than a gnats ass to a rain barrel. Probably been on there since the house was built about 45 years ago.

Big struggle. Took about 20 hours just to scrape about 30 square feet.
