The man seen throwing chunks of concrete at Border Patrol vehicles in LA last summer has pleaded guilty to felony assault on a federal officer w/ a deadly weapon causing bodily injury. He will be sentenced at a hearing on August 7th faces up to 20 years in fed prison.
