An airtight case is a must however if the DS appoints, selects, chooses, assigns, a liberal judge for the trial, it's a given he won't allow certain evidence or will make up some ridiculous ruling that will result in an acquittal. Because he must do whatever it takes to make Trump (R's-MAGA) look bad and not give him a win.
