			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Too bad you can&#x27;t build a time machine :-)  since you have such great ideas like heart imaging and increasing life insurance for the military.  Now you propose hiring Fire Spotters in CA.  The CA Department of Forestry has employed many spotters for a long time, Pumpi.  How effective they really are is another story but it&#x27;s hard to point fingers when the shoe is on the other foot.  Fire spreads rapidly and, depending on the weather conditions, often gets out of control pretty quickly.
