I forgot to mention...200 MIllion tax free...And 7 Billion 600 million 50% of the time tax free...But again this is all theoretical...And i wonder if the State will be able to pay you that, before they change the matrix of pick3...But is in the best interest of the State to pay you before you spread your knowledge..If you spread your knowledge then the state is doomed; game over; we will not have pick3 anymore, maybe yes but with a matrix changed...
