			<description><![CDATA[<p>A few data points that I wanted to capture were left out... the most recent appearance of the winning numbers, the median, AND, a new metric that will be worked into the app... a division of neutrals into NA and NB, the last letter indicating if the neutral frequency is Above or Below the median.
