My last water bill.......$380.....my neighbors $579......another neighbor $279 that lives alone...we don't have leaks, those bills are triple what they were 5 cycles ago..

Their tax payments, including those made by check, were applied as a credit to their Baltimore County water bill instead. The home was also reclassified to non-owner-occupied in 2020 while Harris’ mother lived there.
