			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks CDanaT. Yes I grew up with lard as the main cooking fat. It makes some delicious fried chicken. Now sometimes it&#x27;s available from Hispanic stores selling rendered lard from frying out pork rinds or their proper name for them.</p>]]></description>
