As for putting out a traffic cone I googled, Is it legal for a citizen to put a traffic cone on a road in NYC to warn of a pothole. Ok but it isn’t a break down, it is a malicious method of making money off of preventable damage. Do you think the only thing breaking or blowing is the tire, that pothole is causing more damage than meets the eye. It’s probably damaging inner outer tie, rods, knuckle joints, CV joints, and injuries. Tire man don’t give a sh1t just like the honey badger.

The Belt Parkway has two speeds, crawling and fast (depending on the time of day) narrow lanes, sharp curves, no shoulders, sections with no lights, and you better not drive distracted. Lots of fun.
