Taxpayers or private donations ??.....Now, you didn't have any problems when gas was at $4/gal just a few short years ago and inflation was at 9.1% and businesses were shut down for Covid. Not a single peep as I recall. The folks on the street have been going on for decades. Barry had 8 years and Joe had 4, yet you had no problem with it during those times. We have an out of control republican party that doesn't care about anyone but the super rich. Over a million job losses, out of control prices on groceries,utilities etc. A 400 million dollar ball room and million people on the street. It doesn't add up. All we hear is more bs and lies . The national debt is spiraling out of control and a billion dollars a day spent on dangerous war. Really!

To abolish a constitutional amendment, a new amendment must be proposed and ratified. This requires a two-thirds majority in both houses of Congress or a constitutional convention called by two-thirds of state legislatures, followed by ratification from three-fourths of the states.
