			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks Jarasan. You&#x27;re correct on both statements about those leaves. That may be why some southern specimens are allowed to branch to the ground. Then my thought would be to put them under that earth hugging skirt to hold moisture. There may be too many but that would be my strategy.</p>]]></description>
