Thanks Think. My take on the article was to show a trend to hopefully wake blue cities. I would be more interested in housing prices of more realistically priced homes as to what is happening to those communities. They're likely going to see tax increases to compensate for losses from decline in average prices.

It's hardly a collapse when the avg house price goes from $907k to $859k.<br />That's still way overpriced.<br />People always confuse corrections with crashes.<br />Fake news crap article.
