Original Blog Entry: 3 is HOT

The last three draws in a row featured the number 3.

I was thinking 9 and 12 were gonna play but what does the universe do? Plays 8 and 13. Yup one number down and one number up. It's not a coincidence. The universe is messing with me. Of all the possible other numbers, the universe plays 8 and 13. I declare that I am gonna play 9 and 12 but 8 and 13 pop up instead. And even if I did 8 and 13 the universe would have probably played 10-11 smh

The reason I was looking for 9 and 12 is because 9 had been HOT but also the two prior midday draws had 9 and 10 and 9 and 11 so I said just for fun I'm gonna play 9 and 12 because you see a pattern developing as unlikely as it would have been. But it turns out that it wasn't so far fetched because obviously 8 and 13 are just one number down and one number up from 9 and 12.

Stuff like this is frustrating and deflating because I joke about the universe but it's not appearing to be funny anymore. The universe is no laughing matter. The universe is real.

There have just been way too many situations where I can tell that the universe is messing with me. Perhaps that's why I haven't won yet after trying for so many years.

Perhaps winning isn't my destiny. Perhaps my destiny is just to be a lifelong contributor to the state's Educational Enhancement Trust Fund.

it's good fun They should change the slogan to you're always a winner when you're supporting education

I feel like giving up but I'm not gonna give up.
