Every now and then you hear winner stories about people playing the same numbers for years and then finally winning. Well had I played my Voter ID number in July I'd have won a Fantasy 5 jackpot. Advance play goes up to 30 days so that would have been a $30 + $1 gamble to win a jackpot obviously worth it.

But how could I have known?

Last week three numbers repeated twice within days of each other so if someone had done advance play for five days they'd have won twice with either 1-3-6 or 22-24-26.

The problem with my state is you have two draws and it's not consecutive as in the same combination is entered in both draws. No. You have to individually play midday and evening. I'd prefer they rework it so that advance play means midday and evening instead of just midday or just evening.

I'm gonna give advance play a try. I'll test the waters with a five day advance play today.... [ More ]
