I don't have any now or I'd look at the brand. Think it was Weleda. When I used to get massages regularly (I had insurance that covered it!) some therapists used it on my sore back muscles. I tried Emu oil (didn't hit me at the time it was from the Emu bird) and didn't have much luck, but it might be different for arthritis. Try calling a local vitamin store or place where they sell herbs. <br

Zostrix cream or here is an old time remedy :crush a cayenne pepper and place it in a bottle of rubbing alcohol(let it sit for a few days)then just use on arthritic areas

I agree with four4me & winner. (Mike too - Zostrix is capsaicin if I'm not mistaken) But there are many different types of arthritis, just like there are many different allergies. I spent a month in a chronic pain hospital many years ago and got a lot of feedback from people suffering with arthritis and they liked Arnica Oil too which I use for back pain.
