I hope this passes quickly. Don't take too much of that cold medicine. A few weeks ago I had a cough and a stuffed nose, so I took some Robitussin and ended up with bad diarrhea all night about 20 minutes after taking it. Take care and stay warm.

My grandmother always told me when I get like that to drink the juice of boiled long grain rice. Instant doesn't work. It is sweet enough by itself (don't use any salt or butter) but you can add a little seven up if you like. It always worked for me with the stomach flu. Just sip on it. Don't try to down it in one felt swoop.
