There is no way you can have all these numbers listed and the winning number is always around our work out. When I looked back at payouts for cash 3 its crazy. An example when 955 fell only 655 winners. Just think out of the whole state of NC only 655. I can see 655 tickets come out of 1 store per hour at some locations. I'm just frustrated with NC and not trusting to much after looking at the payouts in the past.... [ More ]
